Collaboration Analytics and LA Course with the University of Bergen and KTH Stockholm (September – November 2024)
Technology is crucial in shaping how we learn and work in today’s digital world. With access to extensive data, organizations can improve learning methods and analyze how learners interact with their environment. This has led to fields like Collaboration (CA) and Learning Analytics (LA), focusing on collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to enhance learning experiences and work environments. CA and LA draw on various disciplines, utilizing techniques from student support systems to adaptive feedback. As a result, professionals can gain insights into learner behavior and improve teaching methods. A strong foundation in CA and LA covers topics like educational data mining and the ethical implications of data use. This field offers practical tools for professionals to understand and optimize learning and collaboration in modern digital environments by exploring different methods, such as social network analysis and data visualization.
