{"id":84,"date":"2019-05-17T11:24:18","date_gmt":"2019-05-17T11:24:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spikol.io\/?p=84"},"modified":"2019-05-17T12:04:01","modified_gmt":"2019-05-17T12:04:01","slug":"lak19-asu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/spikol.io\/?p=84","title":{"rendered":"LAK19 ASU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> March 6-10, 2019 &#8211; After 25 years, I got the chance to visit ASU again for the <a href=\"https:\/\/lak19.solaresearch.org\/\">Learning Analytics and Knowledge Conference<\/a> (LAK&#8217;19. I co-organized the <a href=\"http:\/\/crossmmla.org\/\">CrossMMLA<\/a> workshop where we investigated students\u2019 learning across digital and physical space. We realize learning happens wherever the learner is rather than being constrained to a specific physical or digital learning space (e.g. the classroom or the institutional LMS respectively). A critical question is: how to integrate and coordinate learning analytics to provide continued support for learning across physical and digital spaces?  The workshop was successful and new collaborations were formed and the <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/chapter\/10.1007\/978-3-319-98572-5_4\">Multimodal Learning Hub<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edutec.guru\/dr-jan-schneider\/\">Jan Schneider<\/a> was presented.
